This model explains how to move from a low to high frequency and the role of your emotions, thoughts and design in this process. It outlines the journey towards unity consciousness and the incremental shifts required to get there.

Lesson 3: Objectives and Overview
This module gives you the objective of the course and shows you where it sits within the framework of the frequency model. It also shows you what you can expect and how best to approach this training.

Lesson 4: How Did We Get Here?
This module pre-frames our historic relationship to emotions and its effect on individuals and society. You will learn why emotional management lags behind thought management and how this influences our reality in a profound way.

Lesson 5: Emotions: The Reality
This module demonstrates how emotions show up in your everyday life and the impact they can have if not managed correctly. It provides compelling reasons on why you need to deal with them and the benefits of healthily processing your emotions.

Lesson 6: Hot Air Balloons and Sandbags
In this module we use the analogy of a hot-air balloon to help you understand why you remain stuck in low frequency. You get to learn about ‘sandbags’ and how they’re created through your emotions, thoughts and personality.

Lesson 7: Sandbags and Triggers
In this module we show you how the ‘sandbags’ show up in your day-to-day life with a simple exercise to identify them. We will also have a look at the role that our triggers play.

Lesson 8: Unhealthy Processing of Emotions
Using concrete examples, this module explores why we struggle releasing ‘sandbags’ and the unhealthy ways that we default to when handling emotions. It also looks at the numerous benefits that healthy processing of emotions offers.

Lesson 9: Neutrality and Healthy Emotional Processing
In this module we explore the concept of neutrality as a pathway to high-frequency being. We will be looking at attachment and judgement which take us away from neutrality as it relates to emotional processing.

Lesson 10: Healthy Emotional Processing: How To
We have a look at the relationship between neutrality and healthy processing of emotions and what you can look forward to when your emotions are processed this way. We also provide practical tips of how to handle your emotions day-to-day.

Lesson 11: Behavioural Alignment
In this module we explain how you align your behaviour so that you don’t create further ‘sandbags’. We discuss what you can expect as you go through your journey and to recognise what progress you made.

Lesson 12: Continuing your journey
Living the High-Frequency way is about upgrading your life. This module outlines the wonderful benefits you can expect as a high- frequency person. It also gives you the next steps to take as you continue your journey with us.
